Mango Infants & Children

Infants sitting on an adult’s lap must be older than 7 days and younger than 24 months. We may ask to see the infant’s birth certificate.

If a child turns 2 years of age during their trip, a one-way ticket must be purchased for the return flight as the child will no longer qualify as a lap child.

Passengers travelling with lap children will not be seated in emergency exit rows. No more than 1 lap child will be seated in the same row since there are only six oxygen masks per row.

Unaccompanied Minors
Mango does not cater for the carriage of any unaccompanied minors. Care must be taken that Guests younger than 12 MUST be accompanied by a Guest at least 16 years old.

However Mango may decline to transport, or remove from any flight, a non-ambulatory passenger who is unable to board, disembark, or move about the aircraft unassisted.
